RCFSV EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM ART INSTALLATION
A simulated Emergency Alert System displayed on a vintage CRT monitor at the Rock County Folk Symposium. The installation played a continuous loop of obscure television programming which was jarringly interrupted by custom broadcast warnings. The alerts informed attendees of the toxic state of the outside world, deepening the immersive experience of the "decontamination center”.
